I believe that therapy is a deeply personal experience.  As a therapist, being able to walk alongside a client in their journey to healing is an honor and a privilege. Working together to process pain, anxieties, traumas, or behaviors takes trust and an understanding of my clients needs in a safe space. My goal is to provide a space that feels both safe and calm.

It is my intention as a therapist to provide care that is catered to each individual client. I believe that our past experiences and relationships greatly affect how we relate to the world around us, which is why I use a client-centered approach to therapy. I want every client to feel heard and seen in order to begin the healing process. My overall goal within the therapeutic setting is to have a client gain a better understanding of who they are and to gain the skills to continue healing as they move forward in their life.

When not in the office, you can find me baking and cooking in my kitchen. I love both trying out new recipes and good old comfort food. I enjoy going for walks around my neighborhood, even on the loveliest of rainy days!
