If you are interested in joining our team here at Thrive Counseling Kirkland we are interested in meeting with you. We currently serve children,adolescents, individuals, couples and families.

Our clinicians are trauma informed and familiar with abuse healing. Our clinicians are committed to their own work embodying the belief that we cannot take our clients further than we have gone ourselves. We are also committed to staying up to date on the current research and advancements being made for mental health. By being invested in our personal and professional growth we create a safe place for our clients.

The Thrive team is a collaborative team that enjoys working together, case consults, team events and building relationships as we work to bring healing for our clients. Thrive is a down to earth practice that creates an environment of freedom and independence with the team we have built. This is for a W2 position (not contract), this frees the clinician up from paying taxes and being responsible for their own supplies. Thrive is a private pay clinic, which frees the clinicians up from processing insurance payments and paperwork. At Thrive you get to do the work you love—seeing clients, without the hassle of running a business or being worried about the business side of things such as client calls and marketing. We offer PTO, Sick time, flexible schedules, hybrid model for working to increase flexibility, bonuses, consultation groups, supervision, CEU reimbursement.

We are currently seeking LMHC, LMHCA, LCSW, LMFT, LMFTA and/or PhD clinicians who would like to work within a group practice setting. Seeking Clinical Supervisors.

We are an open door group practice that is seeking to build a collaborative approach to private practice and be a community resource to build bridges to healing and wholeness.

We are looking for trained therapists and therapists familiar with trauma and abuse healing.
