Sometimes life looks fine from the outside, but inside it feels heavy. I help clients untangle that inner noise and reconnect with calm, purpose, and self-trust. Drawing from CBT, Lifespan Integration, IFS parts work, and somatic practices, I guide clients to notice what’s happening beneath the surface and build practical tools for managing
stress, trauma, and transitions.
My work supports first responders, professionals, and adults navigating burnout, relationships, or identity shifts, creating space
to slow down, listen to your body's cues, feel safe, and heal. Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect for your story.
Outside the office, I recharge outdoors, climbing, swimming, and enjoying good coffee and laughter with friends (and my pup).
