I know starting therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to make it feel as comfortable and supportive as possible from the very beginning. I work with clients to better understand what they’re feeling, what’s been weighing on them, and how their relationships and past experiences may be playing a role.
A lot of the work we do together is about slowing things down and making sense of patterns—especially the ones that show up in stress, conflict, or disconnection. From there, we focus on finding new ways to respond so you can feel more grounded, more connected, and more like yourself again. I’ll also share practical tools along the way when they’re helpful, so you leave sessions with something you can actually use in your day-to-day life.
Above all, I want you to feel safe, understood, and not judged. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly formal—it can be a space where you show up as you are and start to figure things out at your own pace.
Outside of being a therapist, I really value having balance in my own life. I enjoy staying active, exploring new places, and making time to reset and reflect. I believe that the small, consistent ways we take care of ourselves and stay connected to others can make a big difference over time—and that therapy can be one part of that bigger picture..
