I work from an attachment-based and emotion-focused perspective, drawing primarily from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I also integrate elements of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and cognitive-behavioral strategies when helpful. My approach emphasizes understanding emotional patterns, strengthening secure connection, and helping clients develop practical ways to respond differently to stress and conflict.
I am committed to continue to deepen my clinical skills through ongoing supervision and professional development. My training emphasizes ethical practice, emotional attunement, and working thoughtfully with relationship dynamics.
I value balance and structure while I am outside the office. I enjoy staying active, exploring new places, and spending time on activities that support focus and reflection. I believe meaningful change is supported not only in therapy, but also through intentional routines and supportive relationships in everyday life.
