I’m committed to helping adults who are struggling with the lasting effects of trauma, abuse, or mental health challenges such as anxiety, OCD, and PTSD. Sometimes you know exactly what you’re struggling with, and other times you just know that something feels off, you’re overwhelmed, or life feels harder than it should. You may not always understand why you feel the way you do, and that’s okay. Together, we can begin to make sense of what’s going on.

I believe you already have strengths and resilience within you, even if they may be difficult to see right now. My role is to help you reconnect with those strengths, better understand yourself, and discover how to live a life that feels authentic and true to who you are.

I believe that safe, trusting relationships are the foundation of healing. I strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable being honest, vulnerable, and fully yourself, even when the conversations are difficult. Through a person-centered and trauma-informed approach, we’ll explore what you’ve experienced, how it may be affecting you today, and what you need to move forward.

I also believe that healing involves looking inward with honesty and compassion. I’ll gently challenge you to take inventory of what is working, what may be holding you back, and what you have the power to change. My hope is that through our work together, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of yourself, reconnect with your own strength, and feel more confident in becoming the person you want to be.

I look forward to walking with you along your journey to healing and hope.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending my time with my husband, friends, and family members. I love getting to explore the beautiful Pacific Northwest through hiking, swimming, and paddleboarding. I also love a quiet night in with loved ones, watching movies and enjoying good food!
