I'm passionate about working with clients who feel stuck, stagnant, or simply ready for something to change. Wherever you're headed, I want you to know this: you are not your diagnosis, your past, or your hardest moments. Together, we'll work toward building confidence, deeper self-understanding, and a little more grace for yourself along the way.
My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, and I draw from a range of therapeutic tools so our work together can be shaped around your goals, not a one-size-fits-all plan. In practice, that means you set the pace, we build on what's already working in your life, and the plan adapts as you grow, so therapy feels less like a prescribed process and more like a space that's actually yours.
I especially love walking alongside people through life's changes and transitions, whatever stage they show up in. I work with adults, adolescents, and young adults alike, and I'm glad to meet you wherever you are in life. I've also been trained to support clients facing chronic or life-limiting illness and body/eating concerns, and I've worked with people navigating anger, grief, sexual and domestic abuse, divorce, pursuing education or a new career, and preparing for parenthood.
No matter what brought you here, I'd be honored to meet you where you're at and journey with you from there.
Let me know if you'd like a shorter version for a website card/directory listing, or if this length works for wherever it's going.
