I believe that each person is completely unique and individual from others, therefore my approach is to always seek an understanding of your values, beliefs, and story.
I provide therapy in a meaningful and caring manner, in an attempt to truly hear what you’re saying and give assistance in helping you find answers and different perspectives about what might be holding you back or weighing you down in your life today.
Each of us hold things that impact how we live and my goal is to help guide you through exploration of this to hold a deeper understanding of what has brought you to this point, how you’re being affected, what types of changes you’re searching for, and how I can help you get there.
I hold strong belief that our childhood and relationships have shaped us tremendously. For this reason, I generally approach therapy from a person-centered background – providing active listening, understanding, and reflection in a way that allows us to explore your personal backstory, starting as early as you remember. This often provides deep, valuable connections and answers to many of the things that affect your quality of life today.
