As a counselor, I believe in the power of a safe therapeutic relationship. I also believe that each individual is on their own journey with unique experiences and backgrounds. With these beliefs, I strive to listen to and understand your personal needs so that we can be begin to process your pain and move towards healing.
I believe in person centered and strength based practices, always aiming to help you find your own strengths through experiences that often leave us feeling broken and lost. Above all else, I trust in the power of therapy and am confident that change will occur with compassion, understanding, and respect.
Your counseling journey is one that requires vulnerability and strength and I am honored to join you through this transformative yet rewarding process.
Though originally from Southern California, I found myself drawn to beauty and landscape that can only be found in the Pacific Northwest. I enjoy hiking, reading, finding new coffee shops, spending time with family and friends, and exploring Northern Europe (my obsession with Sweden is real!).
