Jill Lambson-Nirk MA, LMHCA

I believe everyone has a story to tell, and it is my privilege to hear what clients are able and willing to share with me. I want every client to feel valued and seen in order for the healing process to begin. It is my hope that through therapy, clients will grow in an understanding of experiences that in the past have left them feeling “broken” and that they have gained new tools in which to manage their emotions. It is my goal to walk with each client on their healing journey and help them create the life they want to be living.

In my therapy sessions, I often use: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Self-Compassion strategies.

When not in the office, I enjoy spending time with friends and family outdoors in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
